A Federal High Court in Abuja has approved a suit leave by a group, Kingdom Human Rights Foundation, to commence its suit seeking an order for the arrest of the Minister of Transportation, Mr. Rotimi Amaechi, and Minister of Science and Technology, Mr Ogbonnaya Onu.
This is in connection with recent allegations levelled against them by twoJustices of the Supreme Court, Justice Sylvester Ngwuta and Justice Inyang Okoro.
Punch reports that the group demand the court to make an order of mandamus compelling the Department of State Service and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission to a mm arrest and prosecute them.
The group also demand an order to force President Muhammadu Buhari to immediately sack the two ministers in public interest.
The two Judges earlier accused Mr. Amaechi and Mr.Onu of attempting to influence court decisions in 2015 and 2016 election cases.
